Two questions come to mind.
1. How many passed under the appeals process
2. How do they even know it was a private sale
I will sleep better tonight knowing I am safer because of these wonderful laws pushed through by people that know what is best for me.
Only 10 denials? That seems really low to me. That's a really low percentage of failures.
We all know there were probably just as many guns changing hands among criminals who simply ignore the laws as they have always done.

The "k" is silent.
I for one sleep much better knowing Colorado's children are safe. If only the other reckless states of this country would follow suit!
BFD, I've seen at least 10 denials in a weekend at a gunshow, double that at an Aurora show.
At that average that means 120 per year.
Whoopee.
Non issue.
Stellar story 9 news, how did you manage to fit that in between the danger weather report, gay of the day story and the Broncos?
That's why I watch 7.
Never mind, they just ran it too.
