    1. How many passed under the appeals process
    2. How do they even know it was a private sale

    I can guarantee at least one of those got repealed. had a buddy come in got denied, appealed it; approved! Bunch of BS.... 9 and how many more got reversed because some newbie anti is kicking shit back!

    Only 10 denials? That seems really low to me. That's a really low percentage of failures.

    We all know there were probably just as many guns changing hands among criminals who simply ignore the laws as they have always done.

    There is a question for the FFL who is entering the info for the BGC that ask's if it is a private or dealer sale.

    BFD, I've seen at least 10 denials in a weekend at a gunshow, double that at an Aurora show.
    At that average that means 120 per year.
    Whoopee.
    Non issue.
    Stellar story 9 news, how did you manage to fit that in between the danger weather report, gay of the day story and the Broncos?

    That's why I watch 7.

    Just saw the bit on 7 news and they stated "only 10". They certainly didn't play it up like it was a big deal.
