I can guarantee at least one of those got repealed. had a buddy come in got denied, appealed it; approved! Bunch of BS.... 9 and how many more got reversed because some newbie anti is kicking shit back!

That happens. Back in another state, I'm aware of a county clerk who routinely shredded pistol permit applications for over a year before they finally found out what was going on.

There is a question for the FFL who is entering the info for the BGC that ask's if it is a private or dealer sale.

BFD, I've seen at least 10 denials in a weekend at a gunshow, double that at an Aurora show.
At that average that means 120 per year.

But even that option is skewed. A gun coming in from let's say Gunbroker, from a dealer is marked as a private sale. Only if it is sold from the local FFL, the one conducting the BGC is it marked as a Dealer sell.

So they count the actual Private sales along with the out of state transfers together.
