Benelli SBEII with the "Big Magazine Extension"

Just thought I would share a picture of one of my toys.

I wanted to get a Benelli M2 for home defense and possibly 3 gun at a much later date but didn't want to spend the money so soon before the large magazine capacity ban was effected in the Colorado earlier this year.

I did have a 28" Benelli Super Black Eagle 2 and come to find out the magazine extensions are the same.

I ordered the largest extension I could find in my budget and it came to my front door a full month before the ban took effect (100% legal and I waited a full 3 months for it).

For now it is on my SBEII and someday will be on a new M2 whenever I find the funds.

For now the SBEII is a little large, a lot heavy and pretty much useless for home defense but undeniably cool fully loaded with 3 1/2" buck and 3" slugs just because I can. It feels like it is 5 feet long and weighs like 12 pounds but pretty cool for now. Powerful is an understatement. (Extension removed for hunting obviously)
