    Default ATF Form 6

Any military guys filll one of these gems out before. It asks for the seller or shipper with address. WTF do I put there. It is my gun, I acquired it over seas but I am shipping it to myself and have absolutely no clue the name of where I got it or an address. This is just an over and under shotgun. Stupid paperwork for military to bring something home with me.

Call or e-m ATF they are the ones who can answer it correctly (hopefully)

Why do you need a F6 for a personal firearm?
How did it get to where you are located now?.... If you took it with you overseas, use that documentation for return to the US.
When do you plan on returning to the US? A form 6 isn't a 30 day turn around

He better have some documentation for it, or it's staying in japan. I'd just declare it as personal firearm.
