Default Any ammo can experts in here?

Doesn't have to necessarily be an ammo can, but some sort of metal, water-proof, military type container.

What I am looking for is something about 30 - 40 inches long, about 12 inches wide, and probably 8 - 12 inches tall.

Trying to install a permanent "dry box" on the back of my ATV that will hold all of my crap.

I know the "box full of stuff" that was going around was a bit larger than your usual ammo can and was hoping I could find something similar.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Those are a bit small for my needs.

The closest thing I have come across so far is an 81mm ammo can. Like this one...

That would be a good fit for where I want to put it but it would basically be mounted on its side. Not sure I want to have to load stuff into it from the ends.

    Thanks for the input.

I have a "2.25 inch Rocket Container" dated 1952 that measures 29" long, 11" wide and 11" tall. I use it as a tool box. Methinks it might work for ya. Search for one of those.
