Default letting a friend use your 15+ rd mags ok?

If this had been asked already, sorry for the repeat. With the new law, if I go shooting with a friend is it lawful to let him shoot my weapon with 15+ rd capacity mags as long as I'm standing there? Is that considered possession? Thanks.
If you want to buy a gun from me you have to be legal, if you aren't buy it from the ATF.

IIRC, according to the Attny General, you can do that as long as you are there.

The legislation says only "continuous possession" without defining it. Its the Attorney General's interpretation that as long as you are present, you remain in continuous possession.

AND, the judge has made the AGs interpretation the enforcement until such time as the lawsuit is settled.
