I wonder, what is the fastest way to get the most number of CU students on tubes and into the creek?

Oh yea, send out an Emergency Alert saying the creek flow is up to 5k cuft. Any true Boulderite will know that in the spring time, the snow melt makes the creek flow at a max of 500cuft and that is some of the best tubing, so 5k cuft should be EPIC!

The flooding in Evans is amazing. I'm just a couple miles away and dry but damn, I feel for those people.

Stuff like this really underscores the real estate phrase "location, location, location". Lotta serious things to consider when buying or building.....

To a point. A tornado area was something we did discuss, but WINDSOR TORNADO. Never. Till 5 years ago. Same for the 45 min hail storm. When your number is under the arrow on the roulette wheel. it doesn't matter if you're under Cheyenne Mtn. Shit happens, we have no control over.

BUT, in agreeing with your context, every time we drive somewhere. It's "hey that's a nice location for a house" Good field of fire, nice elevation for spotting threats at a distance, off the main road etc.
