We like it, but stupid expensive. We buy once a year @ holidays.

Honey Smoked Fish is a Colorado company that has a good product. It can be pretty expensive, but you'll find the best pricing at Costco. The other option is smoking your own using wood chips and either a smoker or grill - just keep the heat on the grill low and away from directly hitting the fish.
