To be fair, they both pale in comparison to Thai boxing and Dutch kickboxing. But I follow (and participate in) MMA, as well.

I'm in a flag boxing league. I've been eating a lot of Rooster to make weight lately.

If the MMA fights weren't so much about submission, I might be interested. I much prefer Thai kick boxing or Autralian rules football.

...but so many of these leagues are so corrupted, I really don't care too much for any of it. I'll probably watch the free replay. I'm sure not paying for the PPV.
