Whats the current waiting time?
I submitted a form yesterday 1/13/17. And I was just wondering how long the ATF is taking to do its thing?
Also, do you think it will speed up once Trump is sworn in?
In addition, since this is my first one and I had the shop selling it do all the paperwork... Do they send it to me or to the shop? Doesn't matter really but I would like to know.

I just talked to a dealer today, and he told me they are now getting forums back that were submitted in July.
What type of form did you send?
sounds like a Form 4 if dealer handled it. Wjo also gets the paperwork back from ATF. They should call , text or e-mail you once it's back to the FFL
6 + months, easy which is tracked in this thread for wait times. For a new application probably 2nd - 3rd week in august, maybe.

Form 4 for trust are at 8+ months and climbing
Form 4 individual seem to be a little less

Sounds fishy. I have not gotten any customer F4's back from May yet. Have only seen up to the 3rd week of April.
