You misunderstand. The suppressor is already on a form 3 with my dealer waiting to be picked up by me. The question mark signifies the unknown time that it will take for the actual form 4 hard copy to be received by my dealer. But yes, my form 4 only took 4 months.

30 days max from time approval is given to receipt of paperwork from ATF. It usually runs 3 - 14 business days.
