    Form 4 - trust, paper filed.
    Submitted 3/19/15
    Money taken 5/2015 can't remember exact day.
    8/5/15 Returned for "model number" change from actual model to just the name...
    Approved 8/31/15
    Received 9/5/15

    PS, not sure why it took so long, I have an FFL-01 and Employee possessor explosives clearance.
