Colorado form 1 & 4 transfer data / wait times
My goal here is to create a one place where reference transfer times are captured for people doing form 1 and 4s in Colorado. I could request that discussion be held elsewhere, like that'll help

Examiner: David A. Parag (?) -- I've never heard of him before.
Note: Called once in March (2 months after mailing) to verify that it went pending. Normally I call a month after mailing - good thing I didn't because it took over a month to go pending after the check was cashed!
