This POS was a crazy F-er back in 2004 when he shot out the tires on a vehicle parked in his neighborhood.
How the hell did he get more guns (supposedly legally) and get a Secret Clearance to work for an HP subcontractor?
    WTF!

This incident is pretty much the perfect case to debunk all the common anti gun laws. Period.

Before he fired the first round, he had already committed a federal misdemeanor and a local felony:

    http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/930

    http://dccode.org/simple/sections/22-4504.html

There are other charges that could have been tacked on prior to the first round being fired, but just the two laws above should serve as an example that laws do not stop violent people from committing crimes.

Non of the anti-gun people out there will ever realize this. They will continue on their blind crusade to disarm the innocent and make everyone a victim, until only they and the government they elect will have control over the rest of us.

    Be safe.

Just saw this on CNN. Still early in the investigation but I was surprised to see them trying to report actual facts.

What we know: Federal law enforcement sources say authorities have recovered three weapons from the scene of the mass shooting, including one -- a shotgun -- that investigators believe he brought in to the compound. The other two weapons -- handguns -- the sources say, may have been taken from guards.

What we don't know: The sources, who have detailed knowledge of the investigation, cautioned that initial investigation information that an AR-15 rifle was used may have been incorrect. It is believed that Alexis had rented an AR-15, but returned it before Monday morning's shootings. Authorities are still investigating precisely how many weapons Alexis had access to and when.

Just like reporting in Boston that it was a white male with a grudge against the US gov't..

And then reporting that Tsarnaev had multiple guns in the boat...

And then quietly reporting that he was unarmed and bleeding...
To question your government is not unpatriotic — to not question your government is unpatriotic.

Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws.

    But, it's for the children!

If it was a black firearm, it was an AR-15. That's all you need to know if you're a journalist.

I take it the rifles that are used by these security forces are actually M4s and not AR15s? I know the military has true assault rifles (select fire) but are all these rifles that the good guys have when these shootings happen, M4s or ARs?
