The Great Kazoo's Feedback

I'm leaning toward this not being a terrorist attack, but of course I'm not firm. Apparently this guy has other history of discharging his firearm. Once in his apartment, and once when he shot out the tires of a construction worker in Seattle. The same reporter actually said, "But the most important thing is that he has a concealed carry permit from Texas."
How is that important at all? Let alone the most important?

Whole mess doesn't shock me. Gun control has gone to simmer since our recall elections. Someone was told to take one for the team so they can make sure the new laws are put into place.
Getting people more wound up than a liberal who just lost their welfare check
Can someone just cut the bullshit and say what the fuck gun was really used?

Disclaimer: I can't spell.
I've been bouncing from news reports and it looks like this is starting to shape up as how it went down. He bought a shotgun (via a BGC....surprise) shot a guard, acquired their gun and then another. I'm having to do a lot of bouncing between news reports because it seems like MSM wants it to be an AR that started it but it doesn't look like that is the case.
Prayers to those that lost their lives or are hurt.
edit: ok, now the news is all over the place on whether it was an AR that he bought or the SG....I'm curious if we'll ever know the truth. (wearing tinfoil tonight)

Do I need any special paperwork/bgc for one of those 12 ga AR's?
