He really did give it away to Hickenlooper and in the long run he allowed all of the BS that passed Hickenlooper's desk to get signed. I think Tancredo can still win but i do not think he will represent Colorado anywhere near as well as Brophy would.

That said the end game needs to be getting Hickenlooper evicted from his seat, even if the candidate is not your first choice.

I like Tom...but he has too much baggage. Both the (R) and the (D) HATE Tom because he doesn't stand for their socialism/communism among other things.

The reason we have the looper instead of Tom is because the Republican party backed a lying fuckstain named Dan Maes and because some people are too dense to actually research candidates so they voted (R) without knowing about the liar Maes. The Republican party cost themselves the election, if they had set aside their irrational hatred of Tom there would be an (R) in the state capital. We have to remember who runs the (R) party in Colorado, a bunch of shitheads who only put their support behind puppets and do not give one shit about the citizens of Colorado, Tom is no puppet and that is why the Colorado GOP didn't back him.

Just one of Dan Maes many lies - http://www.rightwingnews.com/electio...t-of-the-race/

Republican gubernatorial nominee Dan Maes on Tuesday backed away from a claim that, as a police officer 25 years ago, he worked “undercover” with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
Maes previously said he was fired as a police officer in Liberal, Kan., after working undercover with the KBI in a gambling and drug probe.
Dan Maes also misused campaign funds - http://blogs.westword.com/latestword...t_his_camp.php

Last Wednesday, Alan Prendergast wrote about a potential fine against Dan Maes for campaign-finance violations involving mileage reimbursements. The penalties could have exceeded $27,000, but Maes bargained down to $17,500. And now, according to him, it's all over. Or so he would like it to be.
The Colorado GOP previously backed known plagiarist Scott McInnis.

These are the losers that the Colorado GOP finds and promotes.

Furthermore - Tell me who the 3rd party was in the Governor's race

    General Elections

    John Hickenlooper (Dem) - 50.7%
    Tom Tancredo (AmC) - 36.7%
    Dan Maes (GOP) - 11.1%

    98% reporting ( 3208 precincts )
The Colorado GOP received just over 11% of the vote.

I'll bet enough people would have voted for Tom to push him into the governorship if the GOP had backed him, they wouldn't have voted for the looper if the Colorado GOP had a brain and a spine.

Tancredo wouldn't be my first choice. But he will be if he's the R nominee. I was disappointed Beauprez lost, too.

Tancredo will never win a state-wide race in Colorado with the current demographics. Unless the candidate can appeal to the metro area unaffiliated moderates, Pueblo conservative democrats, and western Colorado moderates, then it is a Hickenlooper victory. Tancredo will never be supported by the moderates (who control the outcome of state-side races in Colorado) Unless everybody right-of-center wants to come together and compromise on a candidate, it is a loss.

I knew Brophy when I worked in the legislature...he couldn't win either for many of the same reasons although he doesn't have the stigma of Tancredo.

Colorado is what, a 3rd registered unaffiliated? I can't think of too many independent voters that would consider voting for Tancredo.. however I can think of a few that would vote for Brophy.

    Even the stats posted above..

    John Hickenlooper (Dem) - 50.7%
    Tom Tancredo (AmC) - 36.7%
    Dan Maes (GOP) - 11.1%

Show that even if the Reps had gotten behind their man that they still would have lost 50.7% to 47.8%.. In order to beat Hickenlooper it isn't going to be about making Reps happy it's going to be about picking up the independent/unaffiliated voters as well.

Amen, if two guys like each other that is their business, a real christian does not judge a man for his flaws, short comings, or sins, that is God`s job, plus I am not getting paid so I am not going to to it..

As for abortion, if libtards want to abort their generation, want to create a bottle neck and erase millions of voters, that is more then fine with me...
