Sleepy Hollow, new TV series

I missed it tonight and forgot to DVR it. For those of you who watched it, what did yo think?

It looks decent and I enjoy the Legend of Sleepy Hollow legend.

I always enjoyed the Disney Legend of Sleppy Hollow as a kid and even continue to watch it with my kids
around Halloween time. I even enjoyed the Tim Burton Sleepy Hollow rendition and thought it was entertaining.

Without spoilers, can anyone fill me in on how the premiere episode was?

I quickly checked Hulu from my phone and it looks like they have episode 1 for streaming. I'm not sure if you can watch it for free or if you need to be a Hulu+ subscriber.

Watched it last night, if there is nothing else on I may watch another episode.

I caught most of the episode and from the coming season previews it looks like another Hollywood excuse for more violence on TV with a diverse cast so the producers won't be called bigots or racist. No real plot or character development and I just can't see me watching the same headless guy getting shot and walking away every episode. I am so tired of the unimaginative and same old plot lines coming from the entertainment industry. No more originality and no effort to tell a good story anymore.

Just my opinion, just sayin'.
