yeah I got silly and got one stood in line for abut 4 hours this morning .
Traded my perfect condition at&t 32GB 4S for 204 bucks !
so only paid 225 out the door for the new one !

Fixed. Basically my 4s backup was not on IOS7....

So they expect everyone with an old iPhone to upgrade before getting a new phone? What if you're on the 3 ... you can't even upgrade to 7...
Not sure what they expect but here is what happenned to me. I did a backup of my 4s on Tuesday under IOS6, upgraded my 4s to 7 on Wed, and this morning when I tried to get my 5s to load my 4s backup using Itune it crashed. After trying twice I did a full restore of the 5c, and was able to load my 4s backup.... I talked to a guy from ATT at their store downstairs (16th street and Curtis) and he had 2 person experiencing the same problem this AM.
