Then again, it is a great investment opportunity. Since the USPS says they are "Forever First Class", unless they do away with First Class mail or the USPS goes bankrupt (possible), then purchase lots of stamps now, wait for them to increase in price, then sell them at the newly high price (or even a few cents cheaper).
