I am an llc but registered with the irs as a scorp.. the address on your llc is simply your mailing address/physical address of the member filing the business record. I use a ups store box for the business mailing address but i work out of my home, i use my home address for my business filings with the state pertaining to llc filing records, all other business dealings including irs use the ups store box address.

The registered agent is simply a person that is authorized by the llc to file records. It could be an llc member a lawyer or whoever. I am essentially a sole proprietor, i have no partners so i act as the agent. For your filing you would be the agent. If you go to the SOS office and file the paperwork they will will help you with what you need.
