I've never been able to tell the difference in a burger. What is special about them?

Best way to get in to see me at the shop is to call or email Shannon and make an appointment.

The only In-N-Out burger I had was in Arizona (Where there are more conserative values leading to better employees and better quality product?)

and the fries were great, since they were a whole potato about 10 minutes before they were in my posession... and the burger was done right, and was good quality!

I think your problem is with CA, not with the chain (but they're based out of CA)

I very rarely order burgers. I have no idea how I can answer your question. Maybe 10-20 different places? I have them so infrequently that it'd be difficult to draw comparisons anyway.

    I have to disagree.

...and they try too hard. A good burger can stand on its own without getting crazy about toppings. I've had a better burger at Smashburger.

My wife never understood the attraction for In-n-Out. You couldn't pay her or her dad to eat there.

Quality of the meat, how they are cooked, seasoning, all make a big difference.

yea living in Vegas now we had to try In-n-Out when we got out here, thought it was ok at best. Now everyone that comes to visit they want to try it...pretty much everyone says the same thing, "eh its nothing special, I've had better."
