    Damn fine post... that is a lot to chew over, but thank you for your perspective.
    Your ( or Kyle Defoor's) point about identifying what you need and are bad at really got me. There is a lot I have not been training purely out fear. I have been hiding behind what I am decent at pretending it is good enough. You got me man, thank you. Time to reassess.
