What in the hell makes him think he has any right to defend himself or his family? Obviously he used excessive force since he was in the Assault Range Rover and they were just on little scooters. Just more evidence of the rich snobs showing total disregard for the safety and welfare of under-privleged youth. And he escalated it when he excelerated to ostensibly "get away".
