    Really, what is the problem with this? It's a requirement to give employees a letter stating what they might be eligible for, and how to find out. Are you guys opposed to the posters explaining minimum wage?

    If you haven't noticed a pattern around here, many are opposed to the government telling them how to run their businesses and how to live their lives, I tend to agree...

    The problem I have is as a small business how do I know about this? I would be 87% of business out there did not know this requirement. Not to mention it has to be in writing, has to be verifiable, so most e-mails wont work for it.

    Stupid regulations aimed at making easy money off businesses hidden in the depths of obamacare that we had to pass to find out about.
