I just found out JAX will, it's just... well fuck this law! Dealer won't do transfer, no body buy guns, big win for anti-guners.

Not sure if you want to come too far south, but I did transfer at Gander Mt. in thorton last week for $20.86. $10 bgc , 10.86 ffl fee. In and out in 20 mins. The bgc was maybe 5 mins. The rest of the time was their own bull shit cya paper work.

Pm in Loveland does, tacticool arms in Greeley does, other then that I don't know up north. Most shops don't want our money.
I will do the xfer for $10.00 + $10.00 with the following conditions:
Seller maintains possession at all times while in my shop and the BGC is in process (that means the seller will stay until the CBI answer comes back)
Upon approval Seller provides Valid Driver License for my A&D book and can xfer to purchaser.
If purchaser is not approved seller maintains possession and leaves (unless s/he wants to buy something, ammo maybe)
Seller does NOT need a form 4473 to leave with firearm as long as s/he has maintained possession
This complies with Federal Law and I just verified it with CBI tonight. CBI will update their website ECD unknown
