I ran into a gent I know a couple of gunshows ago, he says he has a Super Blackhawk he would like me to work on for him. No problem and I ask him what kind of work it needs and he tells me he needs some sight work done to it. He proceeds to tell me that he took it to a "Gunsmith" to have the barrel shortened and sight re-installed and when he got it back he was not happy with the work that had been done:
Really?




I did not inquire as to whom performed this alteration nor what they charged.
