Where I come from, this is called extortion. Anything to make it painful to vets, Americans, puppy dogs, etc., so 'they' can point fingers at the Repubics and continue the circus show of "The Blame Game". And all this while they're continuing all their glorious benefits (of which ACA is not one).

Saddest part for me is the fact that thousands of Americans sit idly by, playing into their charade...
