Help me salvage my Opening NE weekend peasants

My original partner was a friend from Oregon, his father and son. His practice had an emergency and he has to cover call that weekend we are working on him coming out two weeks from now.

So I have two rooms with double twin beds in Imperial NE for next Fri evening Oct 25 through Sunday the 27th. Since I am going out again my next weekend off I don't want to miss opening weekend. I plan to hunt all day Saturday and Sunday through the early afternoon to be home by dinner that night.

I want to leave Friday afternoon or early evening so we can get there at a decent hour. If you live near me then we meet at my house. If you are northeast then I can pick you up on the way out.

Ideally I would love to go out with a father with teen kid(s) that are wanting to experience an upland hunt. I make no promises of limits or private land. I have hunted the are for four years and know it pretty well. I have an good bird dog so if there are birds we will find them. You can help me with gas and split the hotel bill. You will have to bring food for lunches and breakfast, snacks, drinks. I will probably make a beef vegetable soup for dinner Sat night in a crock pot while we hunt.

I hunt for the joy of watching my dog do what he was bred for. If I put a get birds in the bag that is the bonus. Providing an opportunity for youth to hunt is the icing on the cake.

Peasant hunting is great! But cleaning them is a real b***h. Do you have a license for serfs, villeins, bordars or cottagers?

Dang it! I don't have teenage kids but I also have a dog I would love to get on some more pheasants! She did great in North Dakota last year! The bummer is I already used up my free time for the year! The wife has me on lock down with my 6 month old! Nice offer and hope someone takes you up! And good luck!

I would be all over this but I have to attened a wedding, any other weekend and me and the boy would love it! I just picked up 250 #4 shells today. Damn stupid wedding
