I see your point (I think) but what if your neighbors are smoking cigars, grilling/smoking, wear too much perfume and your downwind from it? That can be just as annoying and is probably risky to your health like smoke from weed but if you call the cops for that, they will likely tell you to pound sand/work it out with your neighbor, not hook you up and take you to see the judge.

As I was typing my response several others stated pretty much the same thing. Sorry.

There is ZERO reason to create laws to combat pet peeves.

FIFY. Control is the reason. I say it again, remove any basis for morality/decency, and you MUST legislate everything. Anyone ever heard of N. Dean Meyer's "blue book of structural management crap"?

    Guess what?
My Constitutional rights have been trumped by public safety laws since the Twenties.
We do not need a precedent to be set: it's already here!
Right now, by legalizing pot, we have made Colorado Heaven on earth for all kind of liberal trash.
    We have lost the State.
I am more than willing to go the extra mile to make this State as unfriendly as possible for pot smokers, gay marriage advocates and democrats in general.

I don't think you really understand the amount of shit weed is about to bring to this state...

Legalization of the cultivation of a drug that the cartels spend MILLIONS of dollars trying to smuggle across the border is a bad thing.

Now the cartels will just move into colorado and conduct business here....

Add into that the fact that two major coast to coast highways intersect in our state and you have a perfect shit storm...

Enjoy your increased crime rates, hippy....

The hippy statement is not directed at anyone here. Just a statement.

+1.. I've read that drug related violent crime has already markedly gone up since this referendum was passed.

so have gun related crimes, since the .gov refuses to do anything about back ground checks

The media has put so much spin on weed like they have on guns it's embarrassing.
