    Default Form 1 questions

Just got my trust from Rose this week (highly recommend!. I am filling out a form 1 for the first time to convert an AK pistol to a SBR. For a lot of my questions I found a thread here with answers. My main question I still have is 4f, overall length of firearm. Is that the current length or the length once it is an SBR? Since I don't have a stock for it is it ok to estimate if it is the latter? Also a little concerned about 4i, reason. I put "For my collection and all lawful uses." Does it matter?

    Thanks in advance, nfa noob.

4f is the SBR length. Your best estimate will work for 4f. You could post a question stating what stock you are using on a forum. Someone may have a stock or SBR with your setup and give you a measurement.

I've heard they have rejected goofy reasons in 4i lately. What you are using sounds fine. I've used "All legal purposes" on all my Form1's. I wouldn't try something like 'It fits in my violin case better.' even if that is the real reason you're doing it.

You can always send in a update/correction after your SBR is completed if you are concerned about the exact measurement on the form.

    Have fun.
