66 Hollywood bigwigs – producers, agents, celebrities and lawyers, ... gave an accumulated $250,000 to Democratic senate contender Alison Lundergan Grimes, just in the few months between July and September.

I'm pretty pissed at McConnell over the way the Senate Republicans undermined House Republicans during the budget standoff but I'd almost support his reelection for the pure joy of making Leonardo diCaprio and Danny Devito cry. The best of all worlds would be to replace him with a real fiscal conservative who wins against the Democrat but the worst of all worlds would be letting the Dems get another Senate seat just to poke back at McConnell.

I get the lesser of two evils idea, it's what we've been faced with for the last 12 years frankly, but when we support the lesser, we're still rewarding someone who's doing a shitty job.

I'm good with that but let's make sure the seats stay out of Harry Reid's clutches. Getting rid of McConnell and McCain just to get more Obamabots in their stead would truly be cutting our noses off to spite our faces.
