Let's ban common sense and discernment. Instead of some guy wear something offensive and get his butt kicked so he learns a lesson. Let's just make his choice for him. That's what I'm seeing here.

Someone getting their ass kicked for wearing a costume on halloween will be learning a lesson all right, but not the one you are after. Hopefully they have a permit and carry under the costume so they can teach a lesson themselves.
Someone being told to leave a party or losing a few friends would learn the one you are after.

Of course now that it has been asked publicly, fair game for a most offensive costume contest.
