Default Excessive "Yes on 66" signs on public property

I was driving home tonight around 9pm and saw someone sticking an excess amount of "Yes on 66" signs in the median dividing the highway. By excessive Im talking about one every 5 feet. I went on the Denver city website and found this:

Political and other noncommercial signs may be displayed on private property in accordance with the following zoning regulations. Remember, no signs may be placed in the public right-of-way! This includes median strips, highway entrance and exit ramps, traffic signs and posts, and utility poles.

Im pretty sure that applies to these signs. Im thinking of going out in a bit and removing all of them because I feel like my HOA (Stapleton) will do nothing because they are compliant liberals.

I dont have a problem with one or two I have a massive problem with 50.

    Thoughts?

Considering I know the area and the staff around there, just do it. No one will care. Free target stands.

Pull the signs, but shut up about it, as it is not your place to enforce laws or statutes.
After you're done, donate the materials to the local school to be used in art class.

No, don't yank them. File a complaint with the police and the Secretary of State. Take pictures. That gives them the ability to go back and fine the organization that sponsored them.

The organization that is making sure to be completely broke and disbanded as of today? It's like tracking down a telemarketer scam, wont happen.

Yanking them gets something done, filing a change request ticket does not.

The unions, bloomberg's , gates, dems have to do something with their money.

IMAGINE if all the money spent on the VOTE YES ON A66 was channeled directly in to the education system
