Feds Say Possession of “Large Amounts” of Weapons May Indicate Terrorist Activity

Strange- a lot of the cops I know fit into the category of "large amounts" of weapons. Hell, one of our firearms instructors is a retired Arvada PD SGT who owns countless weapons (2 safes plus another room all full of guns). If the Feds came down and said "Well it's different because you're local/state LE..." I say NO!

The thing is, they are not saying "Tell us about anyone with a large amount of weapons or ammunition." They are saying "Tell us about people with Illegal Weapons or Bombs." They go on to say "Unless there is some real evidence a terrorist act is being planned, don't bother us."
The only mention of ammunition is in the fluff portion, the unattributed examples.

The article just click bait from publicintelligence for the tinfoil crowd. The actual release (which I have not seen sourced from any gov area) is pretty useless.
