I doubt that will go anywhere. Especially in a time when home gardens are becoming more and more popular each day as people try to save money and be "green" or whatever. I know in Boulder, whole communities have garders in both the front and back yards. Each person tries to grow a different crop, and everyone just exchanges stuff. Sounds like one of the better ideas to come out of Boulder to me.
