Chamber inserts

Has anyone tried the chamber inserts? I saw one that allows 32 acp to shoot in 308. I thought this would be good training to reduce the 'flinch factor' for elk hunting next year.

I also thought it would be nice to find a 22 insert for 357 to practice with, but I haven't seen one.

Just wanting to see if these are worth getting.

Thanks for the link, I'll have to order some for the 308 before next elk season. I can practice on squirrels.
