Any recommendations on models and best place to get them? I want one, new not used, don't need high end, looking for best price and function. Don't care about styling or extra features, just good suck 'em and seal 'em.

Costco has consistently been the best price in my experience. You might also have good luck on Black Friday sales online or places like Kohls or Sears.
