ps. My employer is one of the good ones. No changes to our health coverage, and they proactively ensured we met all the requirements they are talking about in the vid. err...

Exactly. If you couldn't afford coverage already, they'll just fine you money you can't afford to spend to fix the problem each year. Or you could just get subsidiary insurance that ends up costing you more than it would have before. BRILLIANT!
