FL Sheriff not guilty when he respects the Second Amendment.

A Florida Sheriff released a guy that was arrested for carrying concealed without a permit. He said you don't need a paper permit to exercise your Constitutional Rights. He was arrested for misconduct for releasing the man. Yesterday a jury of his peers found him not guilty.

BRISTOL, Fla. (AP) — Former Liberty County Sheriff Nick Finch has been immediately reinstated into office by Governor Rick Scott.
The announcement was made Thursday afternoon, just hours after an eight-person found Finch not guilty of charges of official misconduct and falsifying public records.
