I checked with a place that still has them for sale. They said that they are only selling to LEO's and out of state. They are not for sale to the general public, even though they are out for display. May be the case for other shops, YMMV...
The store I visited had them for sale to the general public as magazine parts kits. I thanked them for doing this.

Many have high caps with the rivet to limit as well.
