I propose we tier taxation in Colorado. If you believe in minimalist government, you pay 2% and sign agreement for minimalist state benefits. If you're not a minimalist but support TABOR, your tax rate is 4%. If you believe the government should solve your problems, you get to tithe to your new god -- 10% tax.

This is fun to think about. It'll never happen of course, but I love the idea.
