I need some instruction please

I have been reloading metallic cartridges for a few years now, I have been shooting more and more trap. I'm hoping someone would be kind enough to teach me how to reload shot gun shells. I have an old Lyman easy shot shell press that I got from my grandpa but he hasn't used it in years and lives 500 miles away so I can't really have him show me. My schedule is pretty wide open. I could pay for your time or bring some beer or whatever. Thanks in advance.
