Although I do realize you are a big obamacare fanboi…..you do realize that register on healthcare.gov doesn't make you a purchaser, right?
In fact, the number of purchasers so far (at least for our local Colorado site) was something like 10% of all who registered.

So, the DHS report that healthcare.gov was the target of 16 cyber attacks is kinda weird. They said that none of them worked, and they said that one was a DOS attack. But no details, and why is this under the DHS authority? Interesting that none of the cyber security blogs have anything about it yet.
