Need Someone with Adobe Acrobat

I have a few documents that I need to have converted to fillable PDFs, but I do not have Acrobat Pro, and can't really justify the cost at this time. Documents are small (1 page each) and are mostly check boxes with some one line text fields. If there's anyone who has Acrobat and would be willing to help me create these documents, I'd be a 6-pack o'beer grateful.
