IRS Paid $4.2 Billion To Undocumented Immigrants

There is also a news story done by a local Indiana TV station investigating numerous illegal immigrants filing for refunds based on the child credit provision. The children have never lived in the US, the immigrants admit that the children live in Mexico, and it makes me suspect that most of these children are completely fictitious. Despite all of this and the fact that the US Treasury is doling out Billions every year to illegal immigrants for this child credit, Sen. Harry Reid and the Democrats will not let the Republicans push a bill to correct this obvious fraud.

There is also an issue of people stealing refunds by stealing SS numbers. Then the correct people go to file and their money gets held up because the IRS already wrote checks to the thieves.

What is so disturbing to me about this issue is the IRS is completely aware of the issue with the ITINs they should not have issued and they continue to pay out Billions to illegal immigrants every year. The TIGTA has audited IRS and told them what they were doing wrong. The IRS has acknowledged that they need to correct the problem but haven't. The IRS Tax Examiners in Austin, TX processing the ITIN applications can see the problems but the management of the IRS continue to obfuscate the issue through constant rule changes which keep the examiners from knowing exactly how to correct the problem. Many of the examiners have realized that the management at the IRS do not want to fix this problem. Obviously the Democratic Party and the IRS are working to continue to give away Billions of taxpayer dollars to people who pay no taxes and who have come to this country illegally or overstayed their visit illegally.

What other country in the world is giving Billions of dollars from it's treasury to people who are peacefully invading every corner of that nation?

Same IRS that had a woman last year get a six figure tax return on a 20k/yr job and only caught her because she lost the prepaid debit card her return was on and tried to get a replacement.
