TN High School student gives excellent speech against common core

This kid knocked it right out of the park! With so much hubbub about our education system lately (especially in our own local news), and common core being pushed into America's schools- yes, even by Barry O himself!- it's refreshing to see some are educated enough to realize how truly horrible this idea is. Watch this student's speech- it's pretty good. He puts it very well- especially when he says "If everything I learn in high school is a measurable objective, then I have not learned anything."

Yeah, I watched this earlier today, he did a great job....and I felt disgusted that it fell on deaf ears and nothing is really going to change about how school is taught.

Great speech but won't change any minds to the admins who aren't in the classroom. Only thing that will work is a mass exodus from public school to private/home school... But that will never happen in the numbers needed. We are effectively sheep of convenience.
