I'm not sure it really matters what letter is after the name of a politician from NY/NJ, when it comes to gun rights, both states have a fairly appalling record.
I can't say what I'd do, I sure hope Christy isn't the (R) frontrunner. Right now I don't see much difference b/t Hillary and Christy and I'm not sure how the GOP would differentiate the 2.
We can make our positions known in the caucus and the primary. Join the GOP and you'll get to vote in both, then if they put Christy up you can say you did your part and vote for whomever you want in the main event.
