1. I only see 1 camera angle.
2. I did not see the entire video footage. Maybe people inside the van was really in danger. Who knows....
3. Still onging investigation.
4. I wasn't there.

Although I would freaking LOVE to conclude it was mainly the mother's fault, I can't say it.
