My eyes aren't perfect, but there certainly appears to be more commonality amongst those playing this 'game' than merely their age.

I'd say first before going into race, for fear of being labeled a racist, that it's a "class" and "urban" issue... we don't see the suburban middle class teens doing this crap (yet?) do we?

Of course the fact that they don't have many "strangers" around to hit might also have something to do with it (although I do agree that being raised by fathers and raised to not be animals is the main reason).
