    You have to remove the whole front of the car to get to the engine? Nothing like easy to maintain is there.

    You can just unbolt it and slip it forward about 2 inches, but by that point fuck it I am pulling it off to the side like this and sitting down and doing the belt that way.

    Funny, anyone think there's a car built by dodge chevy or ford in the last 10 years that's much easier to work on? Or that is not full of metric bolts? Hell the 90s chevy, dodge, ford were full of metric, if not metric and SAE on the same vehicle! Not to mention the metric headed SAE bolts. Or how about the SAE engine and metric chassis? Almost better, the mix of metric coarse and extra coarse threads on the same vehicle. At least the imports are consistent in the stuff they use! Well, toyota is anyway, pretty sure nissan is, honda is, and Ill best audi is along with VW.

    first time I did the timing belt on my allroad (2.7T) I just about crapped myself. I gladly paid someone $1000 when it needed it again
